Fall is one of our favorite seasons, because it means the return of some our classic entrees. We take pride in crafting our menu with the freshest, local ingredients that bring an exciting array of seasonal flavors. We know good food goes beyond what happens in the kitchen, so we continually choose organic and local ingredients. To us, fall means slowing down and appreciating that good things take time, which is why these next three entrees are all slow braised and cooked to absolute perfection.
Braised Oxtail Sliders
Two is always better than one. These 36 hour, slow braised oxtail sliders are a mouthwatering pair. They are topped with local, melted to perfection, provolone cheese, wild baby arugula, and juicy mayo, served with fries and a brined coleslaw. Surely a meal fit for a chilly fall evening!
Braised Short Rib
If it’s not falling off the bone, we don’t want it. This is sure to be the most tender short rib you’ll ever eat. Let us introduce you to our bone-in short rib with organic mushrooms and onion, perfectly fluffy, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and roasted tomatoes topped with a dreamy demi-glace and spinach pesto. You’ll be thinking about this dish long after trying it.
Braised Niman Pork Cheeks
Served in a sizzling hot skillet, our pork cheeks are the perfect way to warm your belly. We love the way all the flavors of this dish infuse together. Our slow braised pork cheeks are served with a homemade savory stock, a medley of mushrooms, a rich, creamy stone ground polenta and a tangy chimichurri sauce. It’s an incredibly well balanced must-try dish!
